Click, hold and drag to appropriate place in Word document and release.

Use Insert pull‐down menu to select Insert & Exclude Author/Year/More.

Click EndNote 20 in ribbon, click Insert Citation.

In Word, place cursor in document where you want to add the in‐text citation.

In EndNote highlight the reference that is to be cited.
